Steve has over 20 years in Law Enforcement and competitive shooting. Steve has been a Certified Federal Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor for 15 years. Steve has been a sworn officer for multiple local and Federal Agencies, including: Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office (Reserve II), U.S. Customs Service, Federal Air Marshal Service, and Homeland Security. Steve is also a Nationally Registered EMT with experience as a tactical medic. Additionally, Steve is a Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) certified Use of Force Instructor and has served as a Defense Tactics and Arrest Techniques instructor. Steve is well versed in all types of shooting and weapons platforms to include: Revolver, semi auto pistol, patrol rifle, bullseye and combat shooting.

Mike has over 30 years of experience in firearms and tactical skills as a US Army Ranger, Federal law enforcement officer, Special Response Team (SWAT) member and commander, as well as a Federal firearms and use of force instructor. As a soldier, he graduated from US Army Infantry School, Ranger School, Airborne School, Northern Warfare and Jungle Warfare Schools. As a Federal law enforcement officer, he graduated from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center Firearms Instructor Course, the US Customs Service Academy Firearms Instructor Review and Enhancement Course, Submachine Gun Instructor Course, Defensive Tactics Instructor Course, Special Response Team Course, Mental Preparation for Armed Confrontation Course and numerous other training courses.
Mike has taught firearms and tactical skills to US Federal agents, state and local law enforcement officers, and members of several branches of the US military. He uses a multi-disciplined training approach that encompasses not only range firing but scenario based training that introduces various levels of stress. This approach prepares clients for the real-world and not just the ability to shoot tight groups on paper targets.
